📦 Orders & Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays).

• Shipping Time (after processing):

  • U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your item isn’t the right fit, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• All tags and packaging must be intact

• Items must be free of stains, odors, or damage

Sale items, accessories, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Return Shipping: Paid by the customer (unless item is defective or incorrect)

• Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after return is received

• Exchanges: Available based on inventory. Let us know what you need!
