📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does shipping take?
We process orders in 1–3 business days. U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days. International shipping takes 7–14 days depending on location.

Local deliveries that are the same day purchase will be delivered by 8pm Mon-Thursday and 10am-1:30pm Friday. Any purchases 2pm Friday and need same day delivery will have a $3 extra charge. Please make sure your order is placed by 1:29pm or a $3 charge will be added. (All purchases are timestamped)

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International buyers are responsible for customs/duties.

How can I track my order?
Tracking info is emailed once your order ships. Didn’t get it? Check your spam or email us at jasminesfashionpalace@gmail.com.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
If marked “delivered,” it’s out of our hands — but email us and we’ll try to help. We’re not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so double-check addresses at checkout.

🔁 RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items and accessories are final sale.

How do I start a return or exchange?
Email jasminesfashionpalace@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is at your cost unless we made a mistake.

Can I cancel or change my order?
You have 12 hours to make changes or cancel. After that, we begin processing.

What sizes do you carry?
We typically offer sizes S to L, And XL, depending on the item. Check each product page for available sizing. Use our Size Guide for help.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Follow us on IG @JasminesPalace_ or join our email list for restock alerts.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure platforms listed at checkout.

Do you offer promo codes or discounts?
Yes! New customers get 10% off by subscribing to our newsletter. Watch for sales and exclusives on our site and social pages.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are available in multiple amounts, delivered by email.
