Shipping Time:

• U.S. Orders: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–14 business days (times may vary based on your location)

You’ll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Important: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging required

• No stains, scents, or damage

Non-returnable items: Sale/clearance items, accessories, and gift cards are final sale.

To Start a Return:

Email us at return request to Jasmineharrison1996@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

Refunds:

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt.

Exchanges:

Need a new size or color? Let us know in your email — if we’ve got it in stock, we’ll make it happen.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
