Cancellation Policy
Free Consultation Limit Policy To ensure that as many entrepreneurs as possible have access to business guidance and support, clients are limited to one (1) complimentary consultation per calendar month. Each client may book one free 30-minute consultation every 30 days. Additional consultations requested within the same month may be subject to a consulting fee. Jasmine's Palace Business Consulting reserves the right to cancel duplicate bookings made within the same month. Returning clients are welcome to book another complimentary consultation once the 30-day period has passed. Abuse of Complimentary Services The free consultation is intended to provide valuable guidance to entrepreneurs while allowing fair access to all clients. Repeated attempts to circumvent the one-consultation-per-month policy may result in booking restrictions or denial of future complimentary sessions.
